Sound familiar?
Growing businesses hit the same walls
Tools get added one at a time, and eventually the gaps between them cost more than the tools do.
-
Leads slip through the cracks
Inquiries come in, but some never reach the right person in time.
-
Systems that disagree
Three tools hold the same customer, with three different versions of the truth.
-
Hours lost to busywork
Copying, pasting, and chasing updates that software should handle.
-
Reports nobody trusts
The numbers exist, but nobody is sure they’re right.
The good news: these are very fixable. Here’s how I help →

How it works
A simple process with progress you can see
No big-bang launches and no black boxes. You see results early, and you own everything that gets built.
- Works with what you haveMost wins come from connecting the tools you already pay for, not replacing them.
- Careful with live systemsChanges are tested and reversible, so your day-to-day keeps running.
- Yours to keepClear documentation means you’re never locked in to me or anyone else.
Talk it through
A conversation about what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and what a good outcome looks like.
Get a clear plan
I look at what’s in place and come back with a diagnosis and a proposed fix before anything is built.
Build in working pieces
Improvements ship in small steps you can see and test, not a big reveal months later.
Hand it over documented
Notes on how it works and what to do if something breaks, plus ongoing support if you want it.
Have a stubborn problem?
Tell me what’s slowing your team down. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
FAQ
Common questions
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Small and growing businesses, often service companies running a CRM, a website, a payment processor, and a handful of other tools that grew up separately and never quite learned to talk to each other.
Do I need to switch to new software?
Usually not. Most of the work is making the tools you already use work together. If something genuinely needs replacing, I’ll explain why and what the trade-offs are before you decide.
How does a project get started?
With a call. We talk through the problem, I take a look at what’s in place, and you get a clear plan and scope before any build work begins.
What happens after the work is done?
You get documentation covering how things work and what to do when something needs attention. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but nothing is locked to me.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You bring the knowledge of your business, I handle the technical side, and you get updates in plain English.
